Q4 2024 (prior year)
Q4 2025 breakout driven by White Mesa. Q4 2025 output of 1,043,474 lbs was nearly 3× any prior quarter, powered by White Mesa Mill (684,947 lbs) returning after a Q3 maintenance outage. Alta Mesa (EU) peaked at 206K in Q3 before tapering. Willow Creek (Uranium One) entered production in Q3 — a full operational quarter in Q4 adds 69K lbs to the run-rate. The 4M+ lbs/yr annualized Q4 2025 pace cannot be assumed forward: White Mesa's Q3 shutdown illustrates the lumpiness of conventional mill output vs. steady ISR flow.

White Mesa maintenance risk. Q3 2025 showed zero production from White Mesa Mill — the largest single facility, responsible for 47% of 2025 output. Conventional mill operations are inherently lumpy: feed campaigns, maintenance outages, and regulatory inspections can idle a mill for a full quarter. In contrast, ISR operations (Alta Mesa, Lost Creek, Willow Creek) are more continuous but individually smaller. Portfolio risk concentration in White Mesa is the primary quarterly variance driver.
Willow Creek / Christensen Ranch restart confirmed. Uranium One's Willow Creek project produced its first material output in Q3 2025 (26,421 lbs) and ramped to 68,612 lbs in Q4 2025. The facility (Campbell and Johnson counties, Wyoming) is a legacy Uranium One ISR project — one of the largest permitted ISR footprints in the US. A full-year 2026 run from Willow Creek alone could add 200–350K lbs to the national total depending on ramp pace.

Data source: EIA Form 851Q — Domestic Uranium Production Report (Quarterly). Facility names as reported by EIA. "-" (dash) = no reportable production. Totals may not sum due to withheld data (W) or rounding. Annual 2024 total (677K lbs) per EIA-851A Annual Survey (released May 2026). Individual facility 2024 figures withheld (W) in EIA-851A. ISR = in-situ recovery. Conv = conventional mill.

Note on White Mesa Q3 2025: No production reported for Q3 2025 — consistent with a scheduled maintenance or feed-preparation period. This facility processes both conventional ore and alternate feed materials; campaign-based operations create inherent quarterly variability.
